Support for sustainable solutions
A philanthropic contribution can strengthen Fundación Katari’s capacity to formulate and deliver social, humanitarian, environmental, infrastructure and WASH solutions in line with institutional priorities, validated projects and specific funding conditions.
This route does not publish fundraising targets, impact figures, fictitious programmes or undocumented results.
02 · How we will use resources
Responsible management and indicative allocation
Indicative framework. Actual allocation will depend on the nature of the contribution, applicable restrictions and approved budgets.

Resources designated for a specific project, grant or purpose. When a funder approves a specific budget, the allocation, conditions and reporting requirements defined in that instrument take precedence.

A unique reference for attribution and reconciliation
The Contribution → unique reference → reconciliation → allocation → delivery → evidence → reporting flow supports administrative traceability without claiming individual tracking of each monetary unit.

From activity records to verifiable change
The Katari Impact & Evidence Framework proposes separating activities, outputs, outcomes and impact and linking future indicators to baseline, target, actual, unit, source, frequency, responsible person and disaggregation.

Optional recognition
A contribution is philanthropic, not a purchase of visibility
When requested, Fundación Katari may publicly acknowledge a contribution voluntarily and with explicit permission. Recognition is not commercial sponsorship and does not provide advertising, exclusivity or benefits equivalent to the amount contributed.
06 · Certification information
Donation certification in Colombia
Fundación Katari may issue, where legally applicable, the relevant certification for donations received. The tax treatment will depend on Fundación Katari’s legal and tax position, the donor’s circumstances and the applicable regulations.
Two documents with different purposes
Philanthropic recognition
A philanthropic recognition certificate acknowledges a contribution or institutional relationship.
Tax donation certification
A tax donation certificate, where legally applicable, responds to legal and tax requirements. They are not equivalent.
